Since I was 3 1/2 hours away I couldn't confirm delivery personally. Today I received the confirmation, 12 days after the fact. I had to call the funeral home 12 days ago to confirm said delivery. The company responsible for sending the email needs to greatly increase the efficiency of the email confirmation process, otherwise WHAT is the point? When I called Pleasant View I could never reach anybody, so I resorted to placing the order online. I did have a family member to verify the existence of the arrangement. So, yes, I may use them again, but having to rely upon speaking to someone at the business does not sit well with me, nor does it truly increase the likelihood of future business, if they rely upon a third party.
